Pricing

Pay for what you actually use.

The licence is priced on two things only — how many people use it, and which modules you need. It is not priced on how many projects you run or what your work is worth.

The three licences

Pick the shape of your office. We work out the number.

Every plan runs for a year. Each one says Talk to us on purpose — the reason is right below, and it is not a sales tactic.

All three plans include updates, the in-app guides and course, Recycle Bin, backup to your own Google Drive, offline working, and both the Windows and macOS builds.

Straight answer

Why there is no rupee figure on this page.

Because we do not sell you a download and wish you luck. Two things decide the price — how many people will use it and which modules you need — and one estimator at a single desk is simply not the same licence as a contractor running eight sites with a field team.

The bigger reason is what the price includes. For a company licence, a civil engineer from our team comes to your office, loads your rate book, your live projects and your running bills, sets up your bill formats and your rules, and trains each person on the part they use. We cannot put a number on that before we have seen your work.

The first call is free. Thirty minutes, no slides, no card, no obligation — and if the app is not right for you, we will say so on that call instead of quoting you.
What we ask on that call
01
How many people will actually open it
Office team and site team, counted separately — the site app is a different kind of seat.
02
Which modules you need
Estimation only, or billing and project control as well. You do not pay for a module nobody in your office will open.
03
What we have to load for you
Your rate book, your item library, your running projects and your live bills — imported by us, not retyped by you.
04
Who we train, and on what
An estimator, a billing engineer, a site engineer and a store keeper each need a different hour.
What the price does not depend on
  • The number of projects or sub-projects you create
  • The number of sites you are running
  • The value of the work, or the size of any bill
  • How many items are in an estimate, or how many rate books you load
No add-ons, no surprises

What is always included, in every plan.

These six are not upgrades and they are not charged for. They are in the Starter licence and they are in the Developer licence.

Updates, delivered in the app

New modules and fixes arrive as a signed update you accept from inside the app. You see what changed before you apply it. No reinstall, no downtime, no version charge.

The written guides and the course

Press F1 on any screen and you get the guide for that screen, with every button on it explained. Alongside it sits a 34-lesson course that builds one project end to end — in English, Hinglish or Hindi.

The Recycle Bin

Anything deleted anywhere in the app — an item, a bill, a whole project — goes to the Recycle Bin with everything under it, and can be restored. A wrong delete on a Friday evening is not a support ticket.

Backup to your own Google Drive

Connect your Google account and the app keeps an encrypted rolling backup there — your account, your folder, not ours. There is a local backup file too, and every project exports as one portable file you can copy to a pen drive.

Working without internet

The app runs on your computer with its own encrypted database. A site office with no network keeps estimating and billing all day. The internet is used only to check the licence occasionally, to fetch updates, and to back up if you turn backup on.

Windows and macOS

One licence covers both builds — the Windows installer and a macOS build signed and notarised by Apple. Projects move between them as a single portable file, so a Mac in the office and a Windows laptop on site are not a problem.

Side by side

What is in each licence.

The four module groups of the app, laid out against the three licences. Every module named here is a screen that ships today — see all features.

On a phone, scroll the table sideways to see all three licences.

Starter is a single-desk licence, so office setup and role-wise training come with the Company and Developer licences. Ask on the call — if you are one person but you need one module from a bigger plan, say so and we will tell you where it lands.

What you are really buying

The setup is part of the price, not an extra line on the invoice.

Most construction software fails for one reason: the office is too busy to set it up, so it stays an empty app and the Excel files carry on. That is why a company licence pays for an engineer's time, not just a download.

  • A civil engineer who has run estimates and bills himself comes to your office
  • Your rate book, item library, live projects and running bills are loaded by us — Smart Import reads your existing Excel estimate and matches the SOR clauses on its own
  • Your mixes, work categories, stages, bill format, GST and retention terms and QC checklists are set up the way your office already works
  • Each person is trained on the part they use, on your live project — not on a demo file
01
A 30-minute call — free
What you build, how many sites are running, how billing works today. No card is taken at any point on this call.
02
A written quote
Only after that call, so the number is for your office and not for an average one.
03
Setup at your office
Your data in, your rules in, your team trained. You start with your app holding your projects.
04
A support engineer you can call
Someone who understands a running-account bill, not a ticket queue.
Licence, devices and your team

How the licence actually behaves, in plain words.

Worth reading before you buy, so nothing surprises you in month two. This is how the app works today, not a policy we can bend.

Get the installer
A licence key belongs to one computer
When the key is activated it locks to that machine. It is not a password you can pass around the office, and it cannot be used on a second computer by copying it.
A second computer needs its own key
Install the setup file on the second machine and ask your admin for a key for it. The same person can work on both — each machine simply carries its own key.
An organisation creates accounts for its team
Add a team member once, and the app creates their login and hands you the credentials to give them. No shared logins, so the activity log shows who actually changed a rate.
Access is granted per project and per module
For each person, on each project, every module is set to none, read or write. A site engineer can have write on Daily Progress and QC for one site, and see nothing anywhere else.
Renewal is asked for from inside the app
When the term is close to ending the app shows the days left and a Request Renewal button. Your admin approves it online, or gives you a key to paste in.
Internet is only for the licence check, updates and backup
The app and its database sit on your computer. A site office with no network keeps estimating, measuring and billing all day.
Pricing questions

The money questions, answered.

Questions about the product itself — rate books, Excel import, Mac, the site app — are on the support page.

Every licence runs for a year from the day it is activated, and is invoiced once for that year — Starter per user, Company and Developer per company. There is no card on file and nothing renews by itself; near the end of the term the app tells you how many days are left and you decide.

Yes. Start with the demo call — we will run the app on your own kind of work, and you can bring one of your estimates and watch it go in. If it fits, we set it up for a trial with your real data, so you are judging it on your own project and not on a demo file. You can also download the app and look around before any of that.

No — every figure we quote is before GST, and GST is added on the invoice at the rate applicable on the date of the invoice. Give us your GSTIN when you order and it goes on the invoice, so your accounts team can take the input credit in the normal way.

Tell us and we will add them. Because the licence is priced on team size, adding a person changes the licence — your admin issues a key for that person's computer and creates their account with the access you want. Ask on the call how a mid-term addition is charged for your plan, so there is no surprise later.

You simply do not renew. Nothing is auto-charged, because there is no card on file. When the term ends the licence expires and the app locks, so tell us before the date if you are not continuing — that way you are not scrambling on the last morning. Your files are not touched by any of this.

It stays yours, and it stays with you — the database was never on our server. Before the term ends, export each project as a portable file, take a local backup, and export the estimates, BOQs, bills and registers you need as Excel and PDF. Any backup already sitting in your Google Drive is in your own account and stays there. We do not hold your projects hostage to a renewal.
